Not sure what to think? The mattress I was sold is nowhere to be found on the internet other than here. How do I know I got a fair price? You can't tell me that this company is so big that (manufacturer) only makes them for his company. All the tags attached show non-existent websites and addresses for the alleged companies that "made" this. I have an email in to Serta, maybe I'll get some honest answers.
I just recently bought a queen mattress Scott the owner was very attentive and not pushy as other retail salesmen. I highly recommend you buy a mattress.
After posting this and on his Facebook page in which my post got deleted I can only conclude that they have no interest in their customers other than to take their money. Most reputable companies would work to save their reputation by contacting and responding to replies. NOT this guy!! He knew I was from out of state and probably thought he would never see this sucker again. Well surprise, I have numerous trips back to State College over the next 6 weeks and I will stop by. My friends there will make the appointment as I'm sure I myself would be avoided. Smile, you're on candid camera.

Thanks Scott for the WONDERFUL service. You were very friendly and easy to work with. You also worked around my work schedule to deliver my bed. Can't wait to sleep on my new majestic bed tonight. Thanks for being flexible and puting your customers first, and doing what is possible to make your customers happy. If anyone is looking for a mattress you are the first I will recommend
WARNING - I bought a mattress from this store and it was 2 inches short on each side from what a standard size should be. I spoke to the owner who stated he would rectify the situation and would come to my house and measure it so we could take it from there. He asked me to remove my previous post I made on Facebook expressing my disgust. Once I removed my post, he messaged me to say he wasn't coming, sent me warranty paperwork to fill out myself and BLOCKED me AND my husband from being able to re-post any comments on Facebook. I highly recommend going elsewhere. They sell off size mattress and do NOT stand behind their products.
It was such an easy visit! Scott wa Avery professional and the store had quite a selection to choose from between sizes! It was a great experience and will certainly be going back when it’s time for another bed for our other bedroom.
